These Terms of Service govern your use of Mothman.Life, a Mythical Pizza storefront, and purchases made through the store. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Store use

You may use the store only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with store operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, use automated tools abusively, or infringe the rights of Mythical Pizza or anyone else.

Products and made-to-order production

Many products are made to order by independent print-on-demand partners. Product colors, placement, size, and appearance may vary slightly from screen previews or between production runs. Review product details and sizing information before ordering.

Orders, pricing, and payment

An order is accepted only after payment authorization and order confirmation. Prices, product availability, discounts, taxes, shipping charges, and estimated production times may change before checkout. We may correct an obvious pricing or description error and cancel or refund an affected order when reasonably necessary.

Shipping, cancellations, and returns

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed. Products from different production partners may arrive separately. Because production may begin automatically after an order is paid, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed. Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by the Shipping and Returns policies available in the footer.

Creative rights

The store and its original text, artwork, graphics, product names, designs, logos, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Mythical Pizza and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Some products may use parody, satire, commentary, or artistic expression. References to third-party names or works do not imply sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement.

Third-party services

Payments, production, shipping, social commerce, analytics, and other features may be provided by third parties. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you use their services. We are not responsible for a third party’s independent website, platform, service interruption, or policy.

Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided as is and as available. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Nothing in these terms limits a consumer right or warranty that cannot lawfully be limited. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mythical Pizza will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or a third-party service.

Changes, governing law, and contact
