Standard shipping is $9.99 per order and is free when the merchandise subtotal is at least $100 after discounts and before tax. Any different charge for expedited, international, oversized, or marketplace orders will be disclosed before payment.
When will my order ship and arrive?
Most products are made to order. Any delivery estimate includes production and carrier transit time and is not a guarantee. If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will provide notice and the delay or cancellation options required by applicable law.
May an order arrive in separate packages?
Yes. Items produced by different fulfillment partners may ship separately. A split shipment does not create an additional standard shipping charge for the same order.
May I change or cancel an order?
Submit a request immediately if an address, size, color, or item is incorrect. Because paid orders may enter production automatically, we cannot guarantee any change or cancellation after checkout. This limitation does not restrict rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
What if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Notify us within 30 days after delivery. Include the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item and packaging. After verification, we may provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate remedy, subject to applicable law.
Are made-to-order items returnable?
Except where required by applicable law, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, a customer-selected incorrect size, or an incorrectly entered address. Prior authorization is required before any item is returned.
How should I select a size?
Review the size information provided on the applicable product page before purchase. Dimensions and fit may vary by garment and production partner. Sizing from one product should not be assumed to apply to another.
How are payments processed?
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Payment information is submitted to the selected payment processor. Mothman.Life does not receive or store a complete payment-card number or security code.

Mothman.Life is the official cryptid-merchandise storefront from the crew behind Mythical Pizza. Original Mothman.Life and Mythical Pizza designs are owned by Mythical Pizza unless expressly stated otherwise.
How do I request order support?
Submit the Contact form with the order number and the email address used at checkout. We generally respond within two business days. Response times are estimates and may vary during high-volume periods.
