Shipping & Delivery

Every Mothman.Life item is made to order and has a clear, fixed retail price. We work with carefully selected production partners and route fulfillment behind the scenes based on product quality, availability, total cost, and dependable delivery. The product price shown to you does not change based on which partner fulfills the item.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping within the United States is a flat $9.99 per order when the merchandise subtotal is under $100. Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $100 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Free shipping eligibility is calculated after discounts and before taxes.

Processing time

Most orders require 2 to 7 business days for production before they ship. Personalized, embroidered, oversized, or specialty products may take longer. Production times can also increase during holidays and other busy periods.

Delivery estimates

Estimated delivery dates are shown in the cart or at checkout when available. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may change because of stock availability, production volume, weather, carrier delays, or an incorrect address.

Orders with multiple items

Different products may be produced by different specialists or at different facilities. Your order may arrive in more than one package, and you may receive a separate tracking number for each shipment. The flat $9.99 shipping fee is charged once per order, not once per package.

Tracking

We will email tracking information when each shipment leaves production. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to begin showing movement after the carrier receives the package.

Free shipping

Free standard shipping is applied automatically when the merchandise subtotal reaches $100 after discounts. Expedited shipping and specialty delivery services are not included unless checkout specifically says otherwise.

Address changes

Please review your shipping address before placing an order. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. Once production or shipment begins, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed.

International orders

Checkout is currently configured for United States shipping addresses. International delivery may be added after product and provider testing is complete.
